How to return or exchange
North America
1. Create your return using our Return/Exchange form, entering your order number along with the email address used to place the order. 2. Select the items you want to return and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange. 3. Once you’ve completed your return request, you’ll receive a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. You can choose to download and print it out or receive a QR code to scan at your local FedEx location. 4. Place your return in the reusable shipping box and drop it off at your closest FedEx location depending on the return method: - For printed labels, find your closest FedEx location - For QR codes, find your closest FedEx QR code easy returns location Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received and verified your returned items.

Once your return request has been completed, you’ll be provided a QR code to use at a Canada Post carrier facility. 4. Place your return in the reusable shipping box and drop it off at the closest Canada Post location. Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received and verified your returned items.
Europe

Once your return request has been completed, you’ll be provided with a prepaid return shipping label for Swiss Post. You will then be prompted to download the label, print it out, and use it for your return. 4. Place your return in the reusable shipping box and drop it off at the closest Swiss Post location. Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received it and verified your returned items.

You can download it, print it out, and use this label for your return. 5. Place your return in the reusable shipping box and drop it off at the closest carrier location. Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received and verified your returned items.

Asia
1. Create your return using our Return/Exchange form, entering your order number along with the email address used to place the order.
2. Select the items you want to return and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.
3. After you’ve submitted your return request you can schedule a date and time for Sagawa to pick up the package.
4. Prepare your return in the reusable shipping box and hand it to the carrier at the agreed time of pickup. The label will be placed on the box by the carrier.
5. Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received and verified your returned items.

Contact us here to let us know you'd like to schedule your return/exchange - we'll reach out to you and inform our carrier to arrange a pick up with you.
Oceania
